   As the name already implies, Agapi (love), so is the villa furnished - with a love of detail. It is quietly located in the middle of a well-kept garden at the edge of the village of Episkopi. In the village there are sufficient tavernas, supermarkets, souvenir shops, etc to be found. The capital Heraklion is ca. 18 km away and the beach, ca. 10 km.

LOUTRA / RETHYMNON

   The Villa Athina is quietly situated in the middle of the traditional village of Loutra. A mini market and a taverna can be found in the village. To the long sandy beach of Rethymnon and a choice of shops it is ca. 13 km.

   The villa, suitable for up to 12 persons, consists of 2 storeys.

   The modern and tastefully built villa is quietly situated in the middle of the tiny village of Loutra, ca. 13 km away from Rethymnon, where the nearest long, sandy beach can be found. A small mini market and tavernas are in the village and other shopping possibilities can be found in the ca. 3 km distant village of Adele.

EXOPOLIS / GEORGIOUPOLIS / CHANIA

   The newly built Villa Adriana is situated in an elevated location and offers a wonderful view of Georgioupolis and the sea. A living area of ca. 140 m², spread over two floors, provides a maximum of 8 persons with accommodation and is furnished and fitted in modern style.

   Shopping facilities, tavernas and bars can be found in Georgioupolis, ca. 1 km away. The long sandy beach is inviting for spending time here and for relaxing.

VLIHADA / BALI / RETHYMNON

   This villa stands quietly situated above the village of Vlihada. In 1 km distant Bali there are taverns, bars and shopping facilities. The town of Rethymnon is ca. 32 km away.

   The villa, which can accommodate 12 persons, is furnished in traditional style and has 3 entrances. Next to the house are the swimming pool with integrated children's pool, sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas.
