   Myrtia Villa belongs to the group of Athina Luxury Villas, which, altogether, consist of 3 villas (Kissos & Rodia Villen). The villa is quietly situated outside the village of Xamoudochori in a rural location and can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 7 persons. Shopping possibilities and tavernas can be found in Maleme, in ca. 3,5 km, and in the lively resort of Platanias there is a choice of bars and souvenir shops, etc. The nearest place to bathe is ca. 4 km away.
